Spring Nuptials

Jen and her bride tribe changed from their robes and into their dresses inside the bridal suite at the Rose Center. Each bridesmaid wore a mauve maxi dress with different necklines and Jen, the bride, wore a beautiful lace and tulle gown. With their hair curled, accessories on, and makeup complete, the girls headed out to lineup for the ceremony. Meanwhile, Rob and his groomsmen suited up in grey and black suits and posed for group photos around the outside of the Rose Center. After jumping off the Rose Center steps for their final shot, the group joined the bridesmaids in the ceremony line.

Guests arrived to the outdoor courtyard, signed Jen and Rob’s guest book, and took a seat in perfectly lined up ghost chairs. A wooden arbor stood center stage decorated in pink and white roses and draped in ivory cloth for the bride and groom’s backdrop. Once everyone had arrived, the music cued up and the wedding party began walking down the aisle ending with Jen. A huge smile filled her face as she made her entrance and saw Rob at the head of the aisle. Of course, Rob was smiling right back at her. Jen made her way to his side and the two exchanged personal, handwritten vows. Their officiant pronounced them as husband and wife and the crowd stood up and cheered. After a sweet kiss, Jen and Rob walked down the aisle out of the ceremony and into cocktail hour.

Signature drinks were pouring while Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Crab Cakes, Chips & Salsa, Italian Meatballs, Swedish Meatballs, Teriyaki Chicken Drumettes, and BBQ Chicken Drumettes were enjoyed as hors d’oeuvres. While guests mixed and mingled, the newlyweds were out and about taking pictures together as husband and wife. As cocktail hour came to a close, everyone found their seats inside the ballroom. Tables were draped in light grey linen and topped with floral centerpieces. Jen and Rob made their grand entrance through a tunnel of their bridesmaids and groomsmen, then took a seat at their sweetheart table for dinner. Chicken Florentine, Caesar Salad, Tri-Tip Carvery, Tortellini with Creamy Pesto, Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Marinated Vegetables made up the delicious dinner menu put together by the bride and groom with the help of our Event Specialist, Casey. Tables were excused one by one to fill their plates, then friends and family shared toasts. Tears and laughs were shared all around and everyone raised a glass in celebration. After dinner, the 3-tiered wedding cake was cut, dances were shared between family, then everyone joined the bride and groom out on the dance floor!
