Guests filed in and filled ghost chairs seated in perfect rows inside the Rose Center’s Courtyard for Matt and Kathy’s big day. Golden pillars lined both sides of the aisle and were topped with peach and pink floral arrangements, and at the head of the aisle, two tall floral installations stood as the ceremony backdrop. A hush fell over the crowd as the music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances ending with Kathy arm in arm with her mother and father. In front of all their closest friends and family, Matt and Kathy read personalized vows, exchanged rings, and sealed the ceremony with a kiss.
Guests were greeted with the delicious flavors of our Filet and Wild Mushroom Wellingtons, Crab Cakes, and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts to kickoff cocktail hour. The newlywed’s signature drinks, an Old Fashioned and Cadillac Margarita, were being served at the bar along with other imbibes. Guests mixed and mingled while the bride and groom were off enjoying newlywed bliss, and upon their return, it was time for dinner.
Soft pink centerpieces popped against each table’s neutral décor and sparkling chandeliers hung above. Kathy and Matt made their grand entrance, shared their first dance, and took a seat at their sweetheart table. Roasted Pork Belly, Sesame and Ginger Beef, BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Stir Fry Vegetables, and Papaya Salad was served. The menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our event specialist, Selena. While enjoying dinner, family and friends stood to share toasts and drinks were raised in celebration. After dinner, the newlyweds cut into their marble and white wedding cake and invited their guests to hit the dance floor. The evening ended with plenty of selfies taken with the bride and groom and lots of dancing out on the dance floor.
