Classic Rose Center Wedding

After changing into her wedding gown, Claudia headed up the Rose Center stairs to meet Bryant for their first look. The sun was beaming through floor to ceiling windows as Claudia slowly walked over to her groom whose back was facing her as to not spoil the surprise. With a brush of the shoulder, Bryant turned around to see his bride standing before him and with a rush of overwhelming feelings, the two shared a sweet embrace. Echoes from the bridesmaids and groomsmen cheers could be heard from below as the bride and groom soaked in the memorable moment.

Dressed to impress, the bridal party came together in the courtyard of the Rose Center for group photos. The bridesmaids wore light blue dresses and held bouquets of white roses and eucalyptus that matched the groomsmen’s boutonnières. Each groomsman was suited up in a classic black tux with white undershirt and light blue tie. Just as group photos came to a close, guests started arriving.

Inside the Rose Center, a copper backdrop decorated with white flowers and foliage stood against draped walls. Romantic candles were scattered on either side of the backdrop and ghost chairs were set for the bride and groom’s family. Guests entered through the courtyard where they signed the couple’s guest book, then took a seat at the tables inside. Once each chair was filled, music cued up and the wedding party made their entrances, Bryant first and Claudia last. The two exchanged handwritten vows that had everyone laughing and crying. Once pronounced husband and wife, the bride and groom sealed the deal with a kiss, then headed out of the ceremony for cocktail hour.

Delicious Filet & Wild Mushroom Wellingtons and Fig, Goat Cheese, and Mascarpone Tarts were tray passed to guests while beer and wine was served at the bar. During this time, the bride and groom had their traditional tea ceremony on the courtyard stage. Guests watched while sipping and snacking, then they were joined by the couple once the ceremony ended. Conversations about how guests met and know the bride and groom were the main topics discussed in each circle while Claudia and Bryant made their rounds. Before long, everyone was asked to take a seat inside for dinner.

Tables were covered in light grey linen and small succulents were placed above each guest’s plate as a thank you gift. The newlyweds made their grand entrance and shared their first dance in front of family and friends before taking a seat at their sweetheart table. Toasts were shared that brought smiles to everyone in the room, then dinner was served. Pear & Walnut Salad, Classic Filet Mignon, Roasted Atlantic Salmon Filet, Grilled Green & White Asparagus, Dauphinoise Potatoes, and Vegetarian Rotolo Bolzano for the vegetarians. The Dual Entree Menu was selected by the bride and groom with help from our Event Specialist, Lauren, during their planning process. Everyone enjoyed dinner and sent their plates back empty. Craving a little something sweet, guests enjoyed an assortment of desserts while the bride and groom cut their 2-tiered marble wedding cake. After eating their fill of sweets, everyone hit the dance floor to celebrate the newlyweds for the remainder of the evening.
