Boho Courtyard Wedding

Jaelyn and Ryan got ready at a nearby hotel before meeting up for their first look. A beautiful lace wedding dress with scooping back detail was worn by Jaelyn, and Ryan suited up in a charcoal grey tux with champagne colored tie. With braids and sparkling bobby pins in her hair, Jaelyn reached out to Ryan for the big reveal. With a brush of the shoulder, he turned around to see his soon to be wife standing before him. Sweet, soft smiles grew on their faces and compliments were exchanged before heading over to their ceremony at The Rose Center.

A copper arbor stood tall center stage and was accented with rust, mustard, and blush flowers that were contrasted by white and beige anthurium and pampas grass. The flowers on the arbor matched the bride and groom’s bouquet and boutonniere perfectly adding a pop of color. Everyone stood when the bride made her walk down the aisle over to Ryan and their bridesmaids and groomsmen. Each bridesmaid was wearing a color you’d find the the flowers decorating the venue and the groomsmen wore light grey. Smiles, laughs, and tears were shared by everyone as the bride and groom exchanged vows and rings signifying their life long journey and dedication to one another. Guests clapped and cheered when the newly pronounced Mr. and Mrs. shared a kiss before heading into cocktail hour.

Cocktail hour was filled with individually plated hors d’oeuvres like Crab Cakes with mango papaya salsa and Thai Vegetable Spring Rolls with peanut sauce and drinks from the bar included the bride and groom’s signature cocktails: Jae and Juice and Paloma along with additional beer and wine selections. Everyone mixed and mingled while the courtyard was transforming from ceremony to reception. Tables were topped with gold candles, rust napkins and bundles of fresh and dried flowers to match. Market lights overhead added a romantic vibe once the sun set and the sweetheart table repurposed the ceremony arbor as a backdrop for dinner. Guests found their seats and watched as Jaelyn and Ryan shared their first dance as husband and wife. After, a dinner of Kalua Pork, Sliced Beef Brisket, Coconut and Lime Rice, Wasabi Mashed Potatoes, Stir Fry Vegetables and Jay’s Famous Cheese Rolls was served that had been pre-selected by the bride and groom with the help of our Event Specialist, Casey. Rave reviews of the food were shared in between toasts and before long, the bride and groom were cutting into their 3-tiered wedding cake for dessert. The evening ended out on the dancefloor celebrating the newlyweds and sending them off with best wishes.
